I take great pride in serving the local community, and I always strive to go above and beyond for my customers when they need it the most. I started this business to continue my passion to resolve customer needs and issues. I previously worked in various multi-national companies for nearly 20 years, serving customers all over the world. My job entailed dealing with a diverse range of customers and resolving any problems they encountered while dealing with the company.

On numerous occasions, I observed that big company policies, particularly the way middle management treated customers, were unfair. My goal was always to ensure that my customers were treated with the utmost respect, but being an employee of a large corporation often put me in an awkward position of leaving customers dissatisfied.

This inspired me to start my own business so that I could treat each client with compassion and provide the best service delivery which they deserve.
